{"id":280,"date":"2014-10-22T09:51:04","date_gmt":"2014-10-22T08:51:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rinkenijburg.wordpress.com\/?page_id=280"},"modified":"2015-07-29T13:41:36","modified_gmt":"2015-07-29T12:41:36","slug":"texts","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.rinkenijburg.com\/wordpress\/?page_id=280","title":{"rendered":"Texts"},"content":{"rendered":"<pre>All the texts by the various authors have been published before.\r\n They are being reproduced here with the kind permission of the authors.<\/pre>\n<pre><strong>Wouter Prins<\/strong> is curator of 'The Museum of Religious Art' in Uden in The Netherlands.\r\n He is the author of a huge body of published texts on the varying relations between art,\r\n both classical and modern, on the one hand and christian religion and theology on the other.\r\n\r\n<a title=\"www.museumvoorreligieuzekunst.nl\" href=\"http:\/\/www.museumvoorreligieuzekunst.nl\/home\" target=\"_blank\">www.museumvoorreligieuzekunst.nl<\/a>\r\n\r\n<strong>'Rodeo Calvary!'<\/strong> has been published in: <strong>'Rinke Nijburg - Piercing the Spirits, A Cosmology in \r\n 144.000 Images<\/strong>', Harderwijk, The Netherlands, 2005, pp. 46-57.<\/pre>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<pre><strong>Erik Bos<\/strong> is the owner of <strong>Gallery Nouvelles Images<\/strong> in The Hague in The Netherlands. \r\n He studied English Language and Literature at the <strong>Catholic University Nijmegen<\/strong> in \r\n The Netherlands. \r\n\r\n<a title=\"nouvellesimages.nl\" href=\"http:\/\/nouvellesimages.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\">nouvellesimages.nl\r\n<\/a>\r\nThe interview <strong>\u2018Tussen kruinen in het oosten en ruiters in het westen\u2019<\/strong> with the artist \r\n Rinke Nijburg dates from the period December 2012 untill January 2013 and was first \r\n published in the monography <strong>'Rinke Nijburg, Slaapwandelaars en zielverwanten.'<\/strong> The \r\n monography accompanied the exhibition <strong>'Schlafwandler und Seelentiere'<\/strong> in <strong>Stadtmuseum <\/strong>\r\n<strong> Borken<\/strong> in Germany. The exhibition took place from February 17th untill April 21st 2013. \r\n This interview has not been translated into English.<\/pre>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<pre><span class=\"style85\"><strong>J.J.Hermsen<\/strong> (1961) is a Dutch writer and philosopher, who studied art &amp; philosophy in Paris\r\n and now lives and works in Amsterdam. She has published four novels, Het dameoffer (1998), \r\n the story of a daughter looking for her lost parents, Tweeduister (2001), a historical novel\r\n on the Bloomsburygroup, (Virginia Woolf and Vivienne &amp; T.S. Eliot), De profielschets (2004),\r\n a campus novel and satire on academic philosophical life and De liefde dus (2008), a novel \r\n on the 18th century writer and philosopher Belle van Zuylen (Mme de Charri\u00e8re).  \r\n She has also published several collections of essays on contemporary philosophy (Sarah \r\n Kofman, Gilles Deleuze, Henri Bergson, Maurice Blanchot, Hannah Arendt a.o.), modern art \r\n &amp; literature. Among her international publications there is a book on Hannah Arendt, The \r\n Judge &amp; the Spectator. Hannah Arendts Political Philosophy (Peeters, 1999), which she edited\r\n together with Dana Vila, and Sharing the difference. (Routledge 1992), which she edited \r\n together with Alkeline van Lenning.
